Ron Morisset was an inspirational person to countless people throughout his life. He shared his gift for performing music and song writing with many others both in and out of church. Sadly Ron passed away too soon in 2009 but he left behind a legacy of music and song that continues to give and live on to listeners today and tomorrow.

The Friends of Ron Morisset Tribute Music Jam is a small example of the people he played music with during his life. This event was held July 23, 2011 at the Grand Seas Resort Hotel beach deck in Daytona Beach.  The videos here are a small portion of a musical 3-hours that included our church's Worship Team, Ron's Jamming Buddies with "The Unknown Zone" and many others who sang and played with Ron. A very appreciative audience comprised of Ron's many friends and relatives also joined in with singing and foot tapping.

Ron gave us more than music. He gave us a way to communicate through music to express those thoughts and feelings that may be difficult to speak or demonstrate but when sung or played on a musical instrument convey a message full of love, hope and understanding.

Ron, we all thank you!
